The Fairy Fellers' Master-Stroke by Richard Dadd
When I saw this challenge, I knew I wanted to create a piece for this. I love this little painting and also a fan of the band Queen. The daisies spoke to me first and I had this charm I created with pmc that I thought would be perfect. Next I oxidized the charm and the chain to represent the muted greys in the painting. I pulled out the other colors being white, red, blue and yellow and used these in the gemstones.I used moonstone, garnet, citrine and iolite.This was a super fun challenge.
